Giant bodies of green and pink massed into the gym to watch the finals of the junior-sophomore Powderpuff championships. Both junior and sophomore classes showed great amounts of spirit to support and cheer for their respective teams.
Nevertheless, after the countless tackles and touchdowns, the juniors pulled through to win the Powderpuff championships with a final score of 35-21.
Ellie Arkin and Jessica Quinn scored the go-ahead touchdowns; Quinn’s coming on an interception initially tipped by Shelby Delaney.
