		<description>Engineering schools are still actively looking for women, I can tell you that. My class has three women in computer engineering, out of probably thirty or forty students total. I can promise you I didn&#039;t get in on grades alone. ;)

The thing is, look at which gender graduates in higher numbers. Fewer men may be applying to college overall, or getting in, but more of them are graduating, if I remember correctly. Admissions stats are not all they&#039;re cracked up to be; you have to look at what happens at the end of four or five years in college.

Oh, by the way, you might want to make sure that your plurals and singulars agree. ;)</description>
