General

1. Budget Cuts Student Forum: Get the facts. Have your voice heard.
Find out what you can do. Come to the Little Theater on Friday during
Advisory to meet with AHS Administrators. Get a pass from the
Attendance Office.

2. Come today at lunch to the courtyard to see what you can do to help
stop the use of child soldiers worldwide.

3. More AHS Boys Basketball excitement for this week:
AHS vs. John Swett (AWAY GAME) Date: TODAY – Time: JV: 5:30pm; Varsity:

College/Career

1. Attention Juniors: Job Shadow Day forms are due Thurs., 2/5. If you
are not in a U.S. History class and didn’t get a form, see Ms. Sumberg
in the Counseling Office TODAY. Late forms will not be accepted.

2. The FREE Spring SAT PREP CLASS will be starting on Thurs., 2/12,
after school. It is a 10-week class, 2 hours on Mondays and 2 hours on
Thursdays every week through May 7. Juniors will be given first
priority. Sign up with Ms. Sumberg in the Counseling Office.
