Block A Schedule
General
1. Earth Team will be distributing free energy-efficient light bulbs at
lunchtime in the atrium starting March 3rd. through 7th. Trade your old
incandescent bulbs for a max. of 2 fluorescent bulbs. While supplies
last!
?. Come on out and support the Men’s Tennis Team vs St. Joseph today,
3:30pm @ Memorial Courts.
2. SENIORS! Last chance to get your friends featured in the yearbook,
Buddy Ads are due FRIDAY, MARCH 7. Forms available in Rm. 214.
3. All clubs need to turn in photos to Rm. 214 by March 7th in order to
be featured in the yearbook.
4. JUNIORS: Job Shadow Day forms are due to the box in the attendance
office TODAY- no exceptions
5. Last chance to get a free cupcake! Next week, Monday through Friday
bring new packaged school supplies for Ford Elementary School in
Richmond and get a delicious treat!
6. Seniors who went to Oceanview Elementary School: you are the first
class to graduate H.S. coming from Oceanview as a 5th grader. Principal
Terry Georgeson and teacher Judy Sinclair would like volunteers to talk
to this year’s 5th graders. If interested call 558-4804.
College/Career
1. 10th graders: There will be an important presentation for all 10th
graders and their parents on Monday evening, March 3 at 7:00 PM in the
AHS gym. The counselors will be covering information about high school
graduation, community colleges, the college admissions process and
more. We urge all 10th graders to attend, along with a parent or
guardian.
Clubs/Team Announcements
1. Ashland or Bust – mandatory! final check-in and room assignments
Today, beginning of lunch in Rm. 128.
2. Reminder to the Women’s Soccer Teams: your end-of the year banquet
is Friday, Feb. 29th @ 7pm @ the UC Berkeley campus.
3. RUBIKS CUBE CLUB – TODAY – LUNCH – RM. 110 – we will be taking
pictures!
