I am pretty sure the author meant to say 25 offices were uncontested.
The only 5 positions where candidates had to compete were sophomore prez, sophomore VP, senior prez, senior VP, and commissioner of spirit.
The author also conveniently forgot to include the PTSA leadership representative, Melanie Zhao.
Many of the candidates who did not win their elections opted to be on the IIC and SSC; these names were not included.
Correction: There were 6 positions with competing candidates, the last one was ASB VP.
